Patch Panels TDT Patch Panels eliminate the need for specialized adapter cables to connect to the I/O ports on TDT’s Real-time Processor modules, Power Multiplexer, Adjustable Gain PreAmp, and Eight-Channel Power Amplifier. Clearly marked front panel BNC connectors give you complete, convenient access to channel inputs, digital I/O and channel outputs on these devices. The PP24 is designed for use with the High Performance (RX) processor family. It utilizes a PCB adapter, which not only streamlines connectivity, but also optimizes data transfer rates while reducing noise interference. The PP24’s PCB interconnect port is located on the front faceplate. Four thumbscrews on each corner of the faceplate can be loosened to allow it to slide into the desired position. Once in position, the PP24 can be connected to devices above or below the module. The robust design construction ensures the durability of the PP24. The PP16 is recommended for TDT’s Classic (RP) line of processors, including the RP2.1 Enhanced Real-time Processor and RA16 Medusa Base Station. 25 pin connectors, wired for direct connection to these devices, are positioned along the back edge of the device. The PP16 can also be used effectively with the System 3 Power Multiplexer, Adjustable Gain PreAmp, and Eight-Channel Power Amplifier. Connections are made via a supplied ribbon cable, allowing for flexibility in positioning devices in a system. Part numbers: PP16, PP24 Technical specifications:
