Issue:

 

When installing TDT software, the following error prompts:

 

"Error: There is not enough space on drive C:\ to extract this package. Please free up [space] and click Retry."

 

The issue occurs due to a miscalculation in the amount of free space computed to extract the installation files to your computer. The error may occur even if there is sufficient space free on the target drive.

  

Workaround:

 

Run the windows disk clean-up utility to remove unnecessary temporary files and free up additional space. Double-click the package and attempt to extract again. If the error persists even after disk clean-up is run, contact TDT for additional support.
