As of January 1, 2005 System II devices are no longer covered by PSP. While System II has been reliable and effective for many years, it has become increasingly difficult to find replacement parts and this can cause some delays in building or repairing these devices.

As of December 1, 2006 EC1/ES1 are no longer covered by PSP.

If you prevoiusly purchased PSP, we will do everything in our power to honor the existing agreement. If TDT has a replacement module in stock we will send it by next day service. However, if the device is not in stock, we will expedite the repair and attempt to reduce turn around time to a single day.
