Automatic Software Upgrades - PSP customers will be notified of qualifying software upgrades to download from TDT's website.

PSP covers TDT System 3 equipment* in one laboratory (i.e. all systems owned by one laboratory head) for one year. 

*Please note that cable headstages(such as the ZIF-Clip, RA16LP, RA16CH, RA16AC, etc), System 3 EC1/ES1 and all System II products are NOT covered by new or renewed PSP subscriptions. Important note for EC1/ES1 and System II Customers who have already purchased PSP.

Warranty

TDT products are backed by our unique five-year warranty*. Warranty repairs include the cost of parts and labor. To request a repair, you must contact TDT for an RMA number before sending the product.

*Please note that the EC1 and ES1 warranty coverage is limited to two years. All other TDT System 3 products are covered for five years.
