Staff Scientist

Summary

TDT is seeking a Scientist with research experience in neurophysiology to join our team. As Staff Scientist you will work with departments through out the organization, playing a key role from the product development cycle to customer fulfillment. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the documentation team to develop excellent end-user documentation that incorporates a scientific perspective and real-world usability. You’ll develop software application examples and a variety of product documents, including user’s manuals, spec sheets, and guides. You’ll also provide scientific support to our R&D, sales, marketing, and tech support teams.

Qualifications

This position requires excellent communication skills, strong technical writing skills, a Ph.D in the biological sciences, and laboratory experience in neurophysiology.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem solving and computer skills including MS Office, MATLAB, C/C++/VC++ and/or Visual Basic programming. This position has an outstanding potential for creativity and growth.
